You have 7 days from the receipt of your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

Please note that return/exchange shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Customers have 7 days from the receipt of your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

For a successful return, ensure the item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in the original packaging
  • Tags and any accompanying materials intact

Initiating a Return

Contact us at info@tribeofjudah.io to begin the return process. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions for packaging and return shipment

Return Instructions

  1. Pack the item(s) securely, ensuring they are new, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging materials. If the packing slip is misplaced, include your order number, name, address, and contact number in the package.
  2. Download and print the provided Return Label from the email sent to you. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Drop off your package at your local shipping center or post office.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange process, please:

  1. Utilize the included "return form" to request a shipping label via info@tribeofjudah.io within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. Ensure the item is unworn, with tags and original packaging intact, and enclose the return form and packing slip. If the slip is misplaced, include your order details within the package.
  3. Download and print the provided Exchange Label from the email received. The shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange.
  4. Dispatch your package at your local shipping center or post office.

Damages or Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or incorrect items received. This enables us to promptly address and rectify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We regret that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items are considered final sale. Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for exchange, with the customer responsible for associated shipping fees.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you regarding refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that banking institutions may take additional time to finalize the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tribe of Judah holds no liability for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds on Gifts

If the purchased item was marked as a gift and directly shipped to you, any returned items will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Tribe of Judah reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from purchases or refunds.

Tribe of Judah reserves the right to cancel any order.
