Gift Card Policy

1. Purchase and Redemption

E-Gift cards issued by Tribe of Judah can be purchased online through our website.
E-Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They can be used to make full or partial payments for purchases.

2. Validity and Expiry

E-Gift cards remain valid for one year from the date of purchase, as indicated on the e-card
Please check the expiry date on your gift card to ensure its validity before use.
Expired gift cards are not eligible for redemption or extension.

3. Lost or Stolen Cards

Protect your e-gift card as it is treated like cash. Lost, or stolen e-cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of the card.

4. Refunds/Exchanges and Returns

Items purchased using a e-gift card and returned in accordance with our return policy can only be exchanged for other goods in our store.
There are no refunds for items bought using an e-gift card.
